our stay here was really nice and would happily come back. The location is truly exceptional, especially for anyone who wants to experience Paris while still being in a very pleasant and authentic neighborhood. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance, which meant that we used public transportation much less than we had originally expected. It was lovely to be able to simply walk around and discover different parts of the city from the apartment.
The atmosphere in the neighborhood is also a real highlight. It feels safe, calm and very pleasant, while still having that wonderful Parisian atmosphere that makes you want to spend time outside. There are several traditional Parisian cafés nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the prices. They are great places to have a coffee, breakfast or a simple meal without paying the very high prices you sometimes find in central Paris. The street itself has a lovely local feel, with small shops and places that make the neighborhood feel genuinely Parisian rather than purely tourist-oriented. the exceptional cheese shop located right on the street. It is exactly the kind of traditional French fromagerie you hope to find when visiting Paris, with an incredible selection and a very authentic atmosphere. It was a real pleasure to stop there and discover some excellent French cheeses. This kind of small local address really adds something special to the experience.
The apartment itself was comfortable, practical and had everything we needed for a longer stay. Having a kitchen was particularly convenient, as was having a washing machine. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a large elevator, which makes arriving with luggage much easier and more comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was a very pleasant place to come back to after a long day exploring Paris.
The internet connection was also very fast and reliable, which was important for us. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and sugar provided for the Nespresso machine. It is a small detail, but having a quick coffee ready in the morning before heading out to explore the city is always a very nice touch

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et, surtout, l’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il est difficile d’imaginer un meilleur endroit pour découvrir Paris. L’appartement est situé directement à proximité de la Seine, à quelques minutes seulement du Louvre et de nombreux sites incontournables de la capitale. C’est un véritable plaisir de pouvoir se promener le long de la Seine et rejoindre facilement les principaux lieux touristiques à pied.
agréable et suffisamment propre pour y séjourner plusieurs jours dans de très bonnes conditions. Le lit est particulièrement confortable, ce qui est très appréciable après de longues journées à visiter Paris. L’appartement est également élégamment meublé et tout le nécessaire est disponible, notamment dans la cuisine, même si nous n’avons pas vraiment eu l’occasion de l’utiliser pendant notre séjour.
La présence d’un grand ascenseur est également un véritable plus, notamment lorsque l’on voyage avec plusieurs bagages. Cela rend l’arrivée et le départ beaucoup plus simples et confortables.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le quartier. L’endroit est extrêmement calme et très sécurisant, ce qui est vraiment agréable, notamment lorsque l’on rentre le soir. Malgré la proximité immédiate de nombreux lieux touristiques, on conserve une atmosphère paisible et agréable. Il y a plusieurs très jolis cafés à quelques pas, parfaits pour prendre un café et profiter de l’ambiance typiquement parisienne.
Un autre véritable coup de cœur a été la présence de délicieuses boulangeries et pâtisseries directement dans la rue. Pouvoir sortir le matin et trouver de très bonnes viennoiseries, du pain frais et de délicieuses pâtisseries françaises à seulement quelques mètres est vraiment un plaisir et contribue énormément au charme du séjour.

The neighborhood itself was one of our favorite parts of the stay. We always felt very safe, including in the evening, and there was a reassuring and peaceful atmosphere around the apartment. There are plenty of shops and excellent restaurants just a few minutes away, but what really made the area special for us was the authentic Parisian atmosphere. There is a wonderful quality market within a few minutes’ walk, which was perfect for picking up fresh produce and other things to enjoy at the apartment. We also loved spending time in the little Parisian bistros nearby. Sitting outside, having a coffee or a glass of wine, watching people walk by and simply enjoying the atmosphere was one of the highlights of our trip. The feeling of the neighborhood is exactly what we had hoped for when coming to Paris
They were very useful and made the apartment much more comfortable despite the heat. It was clear that the host had anticipated what guests might need and had made an effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
We also really appreciated the small touches throughout the apartment. The digital peephole is a great feature you can press it and see the entire landing and who is outside, which is both convenient and reassuring. The doorbell and the overall security of the building also added to the feeling that we were staying somewhere safe and well looked after.
The apartment is comfortable, charming and genuinely feels like a little Parisian home, while the location is absolutely ideal for exploring the city. We loved being able to walk almost everywhere, discover the local cafés and bistros, visit the market, and then come back to a quiet and comfortable apartment. communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described.

L’endroit qui collait à mon attente
Je pensais loue un appartement complet mais il s’agit en fait d’une chambre chez l’habitant
Même si il a été sympathique je n’avais pas vu l’informations noyée dans 50 phrases
À 150 euros la nuit ça fait quand même cher !
Partager la salle de bain les toilettes et l’appartement avec un inconnu qui dort dans le salon …
On m’a demandé d’annuler sur Booking ce qui serait gage de finalement pas de couvre feu (idem noyée dans la descriptions !) et de payer en liquide en arrivant
Je trouve ça très moyen même si encore une fois l’hôte a été agréable mais pas vraiment discret
