Great location, within walking distance to all local tourist spots and quiet area. Great views from balcony of mountains.
Good supply of towels, bedding etc. washing machine to freshen clothes if needed.
Amazing air conditioning.
Access to help via Whatsapp if needed (we had some wifi trouble which was fixed quickly). They also ordered taxi’s for us.
Kitchen just needed either kitchen roll or tea towel but didn’t change our experience.

Loved how spacious and clean the apartment was, we stayed as a family of 4, one child slept in the single bed, the other child slept on the sofa bed, both were incredibly comfortable for the entire stay, loved that the sofa bed was already set up as a bed on arrival. Was really lovely having full kitchen facilities and a dining table to be able to cook some evenings after lots of walking was done during the day! Perfect location wise as it was just 15/20mins walk to get to all the iconic places within Florence!

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Dom entfernt in einer gutbürgerlichen Wohngegend. Sie ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Besonders gut hat uns insoweit gefallen, dass nur ungefähr 300 m entfernt eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn zum Flughafen liegt, so dass man wählen kann, ob man bei der An- und Abreise entweder mit einmaligem Umsteigen bis direkt zur Wohnung fährt oder aber mit nur kurzem Fußweg eine Direktverbindung wählt. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte, Bäcker und einige Restaurants vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist - jedenfalls bei geschlossenen Fenstern - absolut ruhig. Von den Nachbarn im Haus haben wir nichts bemerkt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Diese haben sehr zügig auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet. In der wärmeren Jahreszeit sind die beiden Balkone sicherlich ein weiteres Argument für die Wohnung.
Nur Kleinigkeiten - wie z.B. eine begrenzte Geschirrausstattung -, die uns nicht daran hindern würden, die Wohnung jederzeit wieder zu mieten oder Freunden zu empfehlen.

Центральное расположение, но при этом ночью тихо. Квартира очень удачно распланирована. Много света, в каждой комнате балкон (и кондиционер). Очень приятный вид с балкона. Наш авиарейс был отменён, и нам пришлось уехать раньше. Хозяева были так любезны, что вернули нам часть денег, хотя были не обязаны.
Нехватает СВЧ и крышек для сковородок. И и в душе нет полочки.
