The staff was very nice, Dona Lidiette was very nice and attentive. The staff was very helpful as well. We loved it.
There was a very nice young man called Jorge, very helpful. He provided excellent information. Amazing customer service.
The only thing that we didn’t like was how late the public transport was to pick us up from San Francisco. It delayed us one hour and a half.
Also, there was a younger girl helping Dona Lidiette, she was not very friendly, ignored my sister at the store when my sister asked her if she could hurry because the boat was coming. Very bad customer service. Otherwise the stay was absolutely enjoyable.

The room was big and clean! Wifi and air conditioning ❤️ the host was so kind and answered all of our questions about boat times to the main village and a nice viewpoint to do nearby.
I did not realise when booking you need to get another boat from the town but this is not the hotel fault. Simply something to be aware of when booking :)
