The location is superb. The landlady is nice, she makes sure everything is ok. It was very warm, which was nice as it was quite cold outside.
The apartment is on the groud floor, so sometimes during the night or rather late evening one can hear everything (i.e. passers by) from the street, but it was not too disturbing. The bed is mediocre.

Devo dire che la posizione è una delle migliori del Quartiere Latino. Veramente a due passi da tutto, ma soprattutto silenziosa e sicura!
Partendo dal fatto che, ancora prima del nostro arrivo, l’host si è mostrata molto impaziente a causa del ritardo, nonostante sapesse di ogni nostro spostamento: le rispondevo infatti che, non essendo del posto e utilizzando i mezzi pubblici, potevamo subire dei ritardi. Vabbè, pazienza: siamo arrivati e lei era lì.
All’arrivo la struttura rispecchiava solo in parte la descrizione e le foto dell’annuncio. Subito dopo essere entrati ci ha avvertiti che il Wi-Fi aveva un problema e che lo avrebbero riattivato solo lunedì mattina (eravamo arrivati di sabato). Essendo la nostra prima volta in città e non avendo alternative senza spese aggiuntive, abbiamo deciso di aspettare.
Oltre a questo, una delle tre finestre non si apriva nemmeno per far passare l’aria. Durante il sabato e la domenica abbiamo notato diversi altri problemi: cucina molto datata e addirittura non sicura da utilizzare, cibo completamente scaduto o andato a male, utensili da cucina tenuti in pessime condizioni, presenza di blatte nella doccia, cuscini e lenzuola sporche, e un ambiente poco ventilato, con soli due mini-ventilatori.
Arrivato il lunedì speravamo almeno che riattivassero il Wi-Fi, ma nessuno si è fatto sentire. Quando l’ho contattata io, mi ha trattato con molta sufficienza e arroganza, dicendo che non doveva essere un gran problema per noi. Dopo ulteriori scambi (documentati da foto e video delle chat), mi ha proposto un weekend di soggiorno come scusa, ma non abbiamo accettato.
Purtroppo non è stato il soggiorno migliore avuto tramite Booking.
