Quite spacious, but cozy same time. Separation of sleeping area upstairs and daily area working fine. Balcony big enough for comfortable breakfast and laundry dryer. Kitchen fully equipped. Some tea, coffee, salt, pepper as well as basic cleaning stuff already there. Still ok walking distance to city center or beach (15-20 min). Equipped with washing machine - very handy when doing lot sports activities outside during stay.

A bit warm upstairs in sleeping room especially after sunny day. Might consider adding AC unit. No reserved parking place. Free parking is available 3 minutes walking distance, but not guaranteed free space (to be very fair we had only once problem to park the car there while staying for 5 days, but still there is risk you need to search place somewhere else).

Nasz pobyt był cudowny. Apartament jest dużo wiekszy niż pokazują zdjęcia. Jeste też bardzo wygodny. Efekt WOW robi balkon z wspaniałym widokiem na góry. Miejsce jest położone na obrzeżach Rivy, ale do marketu i na plaże jest na pieszo ok 15 minut. W pobliżu jest też przystanek komunikacji miejskiej. Apartament jest wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne do dłuższego pobytu. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy. Jeśli wrócimy kiedyś nad Gardę to na pewno tu.

W gorące noce trochę brak klimatyzacji, ale staraliśmy sobie radzić zamykaniem okiennic i wiatrakami, które są w apartamencie. Materac w sypialni na piętrze jest już trochę wysłużony i trzeszczy.
