Spacious, very comfortable, good kitchen and living area, and in a reasonably good location . 400 metre walk uphill and then across the bridge to the super Morzine lift. 1km to pleney lift (where ESF /all lessons operate from ) but there’s a bus operating every thirty mins with a stop outside the premises. You can see the slopes from the dining room table. Nice outside area. Great bedrooms. Morzine village/town is a short 7 min stroll and the supermarket is a 5 min walk.
The pathways immediately outside the property do not offer safe and unobstructed access for pedestrians . Entirely unsuitable for wheelchair users. We had to step on to the road with heavy traffic many times with the kids , including to get on the bus. Cars parked on footpaths being a major issue. Not the property’s fault but nonetheless it’s a safety issue. The locker room downstairs is spacious but could do with being heated. Otherwise good laundry facilities.
