The location and staff are good
The air conditioner was not working in one room, so we had to change it. Breakfast fast was a bit expensive

The room was comfortable. The shower was excellent with warm water and strong water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Breakfast more than reasonable
The in-room menu created the wrong expectation. After returning from a meeting tired and hungry, I was disappointed to learn that the only food available was a frozen pizza they heat up. When I asked about the other items listed, a staff member explained that the menu was only for display and not offered at this location, as other branches in the franchise provide those options. Placing a menu in the room without offering the items leads to confusion and frustration. Had this been clear, I would have arranged food before returning to the hotel.
The staff were polite, yet the service felt indifferent and lacked engagement. Interactions seemed procedural rather than attentive, and the overall level of helpfulness fell below what I expect from a hotel experience.
