Short walk into Moreton in the Marsh with all its pubs and restaurants.
Easy access for walks into the countryside.
Very clean property.
Plenty of bedrooms for the size of our group.
Courtyard garden.
Parking for one car only, could be a problem for some groups.
Small lounge area for the number of people the property could accommodate sleeping. Not a problem if you are out most evenings as we were.
Kitchen was missing a cafetière and a teapot also an ovenproof dish would have been useful.
Proximity to busy road maybe a problem for some.

Closeness to town. Plenty of space for everyone.
The kettle was dirty and couldn’t use it
The main bathroom on first floor didn’t have a mirror
The instructions explained how to turn on hot water but it was on. So either leave it on and take away the instructions or turn it off and leave the instructions.
The heaters were also a bit hard to work out. They came in at some point and then turned off. The one in the en-suite on 1st floor seemed to be on all the time.
