Logement très grand, propre et fonctionnel, très bien aménagé
La voisine de l'appartement juste à côté est adorable et nous a aidé à récupérer les clés et comprendre comment rentrer dans le parking et le logement (les explications fournies étaient très complexes et incompréhensibles), elle nous a aussi donné des recommandations de visites (Parco Gole della Breggia, Monte San Giorgio)
L'agence qui gère le logement ne fonctionne pas bien et les échanges ont été très laborieux et pénibles. J'ai réduit d'une journée la durée du séjour et ils en ont profité pour augmenter les frais de ménage (qui sont de plus exorbitants) et malgré mes multiples réclamations je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé de la différence... La note négative que j'ai mise concerne spécifiquement l'agence de location.
Le volet du séjour était cassé mais l'agence ne semble pas s'en occuper (la voisine nous a indiqué que ce volet est cassé depuis un certain temps)
L'agence fournit uniquement un tube minuscule de liquide vaisselle et une seule pastille pour le lave vaisselle
Il faut payer en plus pour le lave linge
Le logement est en bordure du lac avec un accès direct privé, mais malheureusement à cet endroit le lac est plein d'algues.
La piscine intérieure est petite (environ 9m) et avec une système de ventilation très bruyant

Wohnung war toll = sehr guter Ausstattung
Zimmer waren gut = Auch für Familien
Pool = Innen Schwimm möglichkeiten
Sauna war auch toll = 4 .- für 5 min ok
Kuchenaustattung = War sehr gut gepflegt.
Familienfreundlichen = Nachbar waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich
Parkplatz für Gast = Keine lange suche plus punkt. Garage.
Fahrrad touren tags über und am Abend auf der Terrase oder Grillplatz ( nur für Bewohner ) war auch super dieser plus punkt.
App oder internet Webseiten = Registrierung war zeimlich kompliziert ( Alles auf Englisch )
Aber zum glück erhielt ich mehr auskünfte per WhatsApp.
Info das die sauna nur mit münzen benutzt werden kann, wäre eine nützliche info gewesen.$
Wohnzimmer Fernsehen wäre etwas ür gute augen ( Kleiner Bildschirm )
