The location was also excellent,
Close to the Calangute Beach, around 5 to 6 minutes walk through an inner road.
Surroundings were quiet and serene, not noisy like the Main Road.
The room was L A R G E, well maintained with a wide balcony, Hot and cold water was available round the clock. Linen was changed every two days and if you required anything or if you came across a problem (which was very unlikely) there was a gentleman there, Mr. Minarul Mulla, (who appeared to be the caretaker), who would go out of his way to make sure the problem became non-existent!
Cannot think of anything.
Everything was SO good and nice that it would not be fair at all to criticize those who went out of their way to help and assist whenever such help and/or assistance was required!

Rooms are very clean and near to beach
I want breakfast in included in this package becose room amount is very high but they dont give breackfast.

Budget hotel, big rooms, very clean, walking distance from beach, isolated from road traffic, parking facility and proper guidance of hotel owner for new comers to Goa.
The road leading to the hotel from the main road is very small, the situation becomes troublesome if a four wheeler comes from the other side. .Also, the big traveler does not enter the parking lot. It is a small four wheeler
