Great location for us to walk into town. The hosts provided us with some jams and toasts and fruit which we appreciated. Quiet at night and great view to watch the sunrise / sunsets. Easy parking for our car on premises. Provided towels for beach in addition to the towels we used at the apartment.
The way the showers were designed often caused the water to splash outside the enclosure. We didn't mind the hilly walk up and down to town but others may not find this as easy as we did.

The property is up on the hill by the old wind mills. It has beautiful views of the island. The property is very new so everything is in excellent condition. It is very clean. the AC in each room worked very well. It has a second full bathroom although small it is very useful to have a second bathroom when travelling with family with two adult kids. Gerasimos our host was very responsive, very pleasant and was very easy to communicate with. The also provided beach towels which we very much appreciated!! Town of Tripiti is gorgeous with lots of restaurants and you can easily drive to other parts of the island. I would highly recommend this property.
Location was a bit difficult to find as google maps doesn't really understand where to go. Once our host explained the route to use it was easier, however, the property is on a hill with a narrow one lane road so you have to be aware of that. My husband is an excellent driver and doesn't mind navigating narrow roads so we were fine.

La casa està muy bien ubicada en la isla, muy cerca de Tripiti y de Plaka. Es espaciosa y las habitaciones son cómodas y bonitas. El interior está muy bien decorado. Tiene una parte exterior suficientemente amplia.
Quizá la relación calidad-precio, aunque parece que es una dinámica en toda la isla. Estaría bien también poder disponer de lavadora en la casa
