Owner has made a huge effort to add value. The City is a bit run down as are most streets and this house stands out as a beacon. An old property but improved very considerably and adds value with tea/coffee and free breakfast. Very good value.

Everything was nice , kitchenette a bit what I didn't expect but it was ok.
The person ( woman ) upstairs blasting her TV on max volume at 6 in the morning till 8 or 9 , woke me up with no chance to get some proper rest, so that makes it a very bad experience for me
