The Sail Locker is very well appointed with all mod cons. Although the property is small, the layout and fittings allowed us to have a comfortable stay.
The uphill climb form the Sail Locker to the private carpark was a challenge for an 80 and 75 year old couple. Driving through the village was difficult but possible and the 'locals' were very helpful. The "how to get there" electronic information provided was difficult to read/understand on a small smart phone and a printable pdf would have been appreciated as would a physical property guide in the Sail Locker itself. Consideration might be given to providing a tea towel for the kitchen.

Location was excellent, everything that we needed was nearby and had easy access to the main areas of Polperro.
The place was clean and tidy which was good, would've preferred the lighting to be a bit warmer but it was good enough all around.
Would've been nice to have a separate recycling bin possibly (though obviously the space in the place is limited so it is understandable)

Great location. Property was well decorated and clean. Comfy bed and great shower!
Car Park quite a distance from the property up a very steep hill - would recommend using the main public car park if you intend to go on excursions.
Very dark doorway at night - would suggest a small outside light.
Lots of tech - a simple one page operations guide for the oven/ hub, etc. would be a bonus.
Maybe two keys would be a good idea.

Perfect area for exploring the south west coast path. Lots to see and explore
Finding the parking/driving through town when busy to park, but once found, left car for three days and explored on foot, so not necessarily bad, just a little anxiety provoking.
