Vermieter sehr nett, aber an der Wohnung muss noch gearbeitet werden
Fernseher mit Netflix und Couch (beides nicht genutzt), Freundlichkeit des Vermieters und der Vermieterin, Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung, neue Deko, Gästetoilette
Die Wohnung war als ich mit meiner Freundin ankam eiskalt und der Heizkörper ließ sich nicht einschalten, ging erst abends an und wir kamen erst nachts zurück. Wir froren extrem. Die Wohnung lag direkt an der Straße, ja das Haus lag direkt an der Straße, wodurch zwischen Wohnraum und Bett und der Straße nur ca. 1m Abstand war. So kann man die ganze Nacht bzw. in der Früh den Autos beim Vorbeischmettern zuhören. Die Fenster zur Straße komplett zu, also dreckig, vielleicht damit niemand reinschauen kann? Leider fühlten wir uns extrem unwohl in der Wohnung. Wir hatten von den Bildern her einen ganz anderen Eindruck. Die Eigentümer haben wohl versucht, hier etwas zu renovieren und verschönern, aber insgesamt für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser, auch nicht nach längerem Hahn-Öffnen, wodurch wir uns nicht getraut haben zu duschen und unser Geschirr nicht abwaschen konnten. Leider haben wir in der Nähe des Waschbeckens im Bad keine Steckdose gefunden und der Spiegel hing so hoch, dass ich mich (1,64m) nicht darin sehen konnte, und es gab auch keinen anderen Spiegel in der Wohnung. In der Küche tolle Tassen und Teller, aber der Kaffee für den Filterkaffee war leider ungenießbar (alt) und die kleinen Milchdöschen im ausgeschalteten Kühlschrank zwei Monate abgelaufen. Eine Flasche Wein stand im Wohnraum bereit, aber er war so süß, dass wir ihn nicht trinken konnten. Drei Einzelbetten, was an sich kein Problem ist, wahrscheinlich auch praktisch für Monteure gedacht, aber die Matratzen waren mit Stahlfedern, die extrem durchdrückten und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Meine Freundin und ich sind wirklich gutmütig, aber wir waren nach nur einer Nacht dort wie gerädert und sehr sehr froh, dass wir nicht zwei Nächte gebucht hatten. Umso mehr schade, da die Vermieterin superschnell antwortete und total nett und freundlich war. Aber für 110 Euro die Nacht über Booking außerhalb der Saison, das geht wirklich gar nicht.
