Had everything we needed for a short stay. Host was very friendly and was easy to contact. We had a car parking space which is a real bonus.
Vey clean and beautifully presented. It was lovely to have little tea and coffee sachets for when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is very well designed, comfortable and perfectly equipped — everything you need is there. The hosts are incredibly warm, attentive and generous, always making sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcome.
The mattress was a little soft for us as we are used to a firmer one, but this is of course just a matter of personal preference.
A lovely place with wonderful hosts. We would happily come back!

Very clean. Comfortable bed and nicely laid out. Lovely that the table was set out with everything we needed. Helpful to have a microwave and a hob so we could prepare simple meals if needed. Good to have free parking. Only a 2 minute walk from Barnehurst station so easy to get into London. Fast response from hosts when we asked for some tea towels. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was very hot and the fan helped but it was difficult to get cool having been out all day. Would be worth considering an air conditioning unit in the future for such hot weather as difficult to get to sleep in the heat. Also, it was useful to have a washing machine but nowhere to hang out clothes. Maybe you could put up a washing line somewhere or have a foldable airer provided as this would really help. These are just minor comments though.
