We were two adults staying at the house for eight days, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, cosy and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need.
The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the beach, local grocery shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. In fact, we hardly needed to go anywhere else, as everything we needed was within walking distance.
The beach area was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely sandy beach, several beach bars where you could relax, enjoy a drink and simply soak up the atmosphere.
Our host, Alberto, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with anything we needed. He responded very quickly to our messages and also gave us many great tips and recommendations throughout our stay.
I have travelled quite a lot and have never met such a wonderful host as Alberto. He genuinely helped make our stay even better and made sure everything was beyond our expectations.

We will definitely be coming back, and we are already looking forward to returning to Modica next year!

Ragyogó tiszta. Kényelmes. Közel a tenger, központi elhelyezkedés. A szállásadó rendkívül kedves volt. Ajánlom!

In pratica tutto, comodità,posizione,cortesia del proprietario e di Alberto che gestisce la struttura. Macchina del caffè con cialde. 2 bagni utili quando si è in 5. Spazio all'esterno per un pranzo o una cena. Posteggio davanti la struttura.torneremo di sicuro
