Location and the outdoorsy are top! Facilities bad!

The location and the property itself is top! The pool and the view from the pool is amazing!

The appliances in the kitchen are old and stinky, also all the furniture in the apartment is rusty, dirty and smelly!! There were cockroaches popping out from the ventilator in the bathroom and we had to deal with them since day one, i think i’ve killed 4 of them! We kindly asked for an assistance and the answer from the host was the contact person responsible for resolving issues is on holiday, couldn’t come to address the issue and to change the situation! Overall disgusting!!

Leider nicht das was ich Erwartet hatte

Die Idee etwas altes umzugestalten finde ich grundsätzlich gut. Der Vermieter ist freundlich. Das Bett ist gut schlafbar in der Nacht. Warmes Wasser gab es auch.

Im Sommer bei 40 Grad mag ein Haus ohne Tageslicht-Fenster ein Vorzug sein. Ohne Tageslicht und mit wenigen hellen Lampen fühlte ich mich weggesperrt. Keine Sicht nach Außen. Mein Blick im Hof ist durch Mauern begrenzt. Also keine Sicht. Wenn im Sommer dann noch die sechs Klimaanlagen laufen die im Hof montiert sind, könnte es ungemütlich werden. Heftig ist die Lautstarke der nahen Autobahn. War so leider nicht beschrieben. In der Küche fand ich kaum Ausstattung. Das Minimum des Minimum war vorhanden. Einige Lichter gehen gar nicht. Den Lichtschalter am Treppenabgang habe ich nicht gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist eher lieblos ohne Charme. Hat mich nicht zum Bleiben angeregt. Ich bin nach zwei Nächten abgereist. Der Vermieter hat sich zwar entschuldigt, sah aber keinerlei andere Notwendigkeiten. Und genau das ist sehr schade an der Sache.

The location and the property itself is top! The pool and the view from the pool is amazing!
