I like how it was close to everywhere and staff were good especially the guy whose name is Ersin, there was one guy I can’t remember his name he was tall, the dishes were delicious, very yummy

I like hotel staff behaviour and they were very nice to assist. They also kept my luggage for more than 11 hours even i have checked out.
I would recommend that windows which is normally remain opened at specailly room 110, guest will not feel comfortable and secure so in my opinion, they should completely closed so that guest can feel secure.

L'hotel est situé dans un quartier offrant un bon choix de restaurants et a proximité d'une station de métro et d'une ligne de tramway. Femme de chambre et changement de literie au 2 jours. Lit et oreillers confortables. Petit-dejeuner buffet.
La chambre plus petite que mes attentes selon les photos. Pas de table ou de poste de travail. Très petite douche. Tête de douche défectueuse. Robinetterie de douche défectueuse. Porte de douche défectueuse (l'eau coule sur le plancher). Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend tout ce qui se dit dans la chambre voisine. La chambre et l'étage n'étaient pas non fumeur. Forte odeur de cigarette provenant de la chambre voisine. Tapis / moquette mur à mur (on est en 2025 pas en 1980). Pas d'ajout de papier de toilette après le passage des femmes de chambre. La connection wifi n'était pas sécurisée
