Zelo moderno in lepo opremljeno z veliko pripomočki. Zgradba je novejša z parkiriščem za ograjo. Petnajst minut počasne hoje do centra. Jutranja kava tri minute stran. Z najemodajalcem nimaš stika razen po sms kar mi je všeč.
Ključavnica je elektronska in mi je malo delalo težavo na začetku dokler se je nisem navadil
