Everything was amazing!

Loved the space and number of bedrooms

I think the listing could have been more transparent rather than needing to read through all the reviews that; you will need to move the furniture yourself outside to use, not both in and outdoor furniture option available. There are no hammocks (it would be so good if these could be replaced), outdoor roof fan has been removed. Instructions for the TV would have been helpful too. There was no wifi so we couldn’t stream anything to connect to our devices. Couldn’t work out how to watch analogue. Simple instructions on the TV for some down time for the kids would have been helpful. Having a tv with no instructions on how to use it made it a bit pointless to have. Fan lip fell down as soon as we turned it on in the living room, thankfully didn’t land on any of the kids. The bbq lighting function wasn’t working so we had to get a working lighter then next day, a very easy fix (thankfully didn’t plan to use it to the next day or we would have been rather disappointed). Not allowed to use the fire pit during the dry season would have also been good to note as there is one on the lawn. This way visitors can be pre prepared and expectations better managed. Still a nice stay.

Great location and excellent stay, so much room for our group!

The property was in a fabulous location, beautiful view off the balcony, big yard leading to cliffs overlooking the ocean. House was very clean

There was NO furniture on the balcony, only a BBQ. Furniture from inside the house needed to be taken outside so that we could sit and dine outside, leaving the inside bare (no couch, no tables/chairs) Couch/outdoor lounge was not large enough for all guests to relax. The tables were only trestle tables. Images very misleading to what was set up on the balcony to make it a comfortable stay!!! Camera out on back balcony, which made some guests feel uncomfortable -like.someone watching. Some appliances in kitchen broken.
