Was doable with short term notice, but would not recommend unless few options were available.

Location was good. Was grateful to get a (2nd) place on short notice. Stayed on a Sunday night, after finding out on the Friday before that my previous arrangements were cancelled. (1st booking had an internal issue - flooding.)

Very confusing on arrival. Notes said 'arrive at 4 pm'. I did around 3:45 and only received notifications of door lock codes and even my room number at 4:20. Frustrating as I had time constraints. Was going to a concert at Commonwealth Stadium. Was concerned my key did not lock my room. Was VERY IMPRESSED that a replacement key was exchanged withing 15 min though!!

I can only keep how bad my experience was and tell anyother person

Booking.com is aware. The day I got there, I noticed my door knob was loose. You could literally see one of the screws backing out. The day after I got there I noticed the bath drain is clogged and the toilet does not flash. I immediately sent a message to the owners. 2 or 3 days later no response, I phone and texted on their number but no answer. I call booking.com and spoke to a human adapter all the AI protocols. She put me online for over 30mins to contact the property owner but she could not. She got back and said she has also send emails and I will hear from them in 24 hrs . And nothing I mean absolutely nothing happens after that until I have to pack and leave the property.
