The staff of Old Town Suites and Allure Hotels were fantastic. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to look after us especially when it came to finding the location late in the evening after a long journey. We were only in Lefkada for one night and this accommodation was comfortable and suited our needs. We very much appreciated the air conditioning and the late check out.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e con un parcheggio vicino gratuito. Tutti i giorni la stanza viene pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati, peccato che gli asciugamani dati
ogni tanto fossero sporchi.
Non è un intero appartamento come descritto, non è presente una zona dove poter stendere le cose una volta tornati da mare e all'interno non si asciuga nulla. La stanza è praticamente cieca poiché l' unica finestra da su strada ma essendo al piano terra non la si può lasciare aperta. La porta presenta dei vetri che non permettono di oscurare la stanza. Non c'è privacy nel bagno perchè collegato da un' apertura nel muro con la stanza. C'erano cavi dell'impianto elettrico a penzoloni dal soffitto e giunte del cavo di alimentazione della tv fatte solo con un po' di nastro isolante cosa molto pericolosa. La
finestra del bagno ha la zanzariera rotta quindi quando la si lasciava aperta entravano molti insetti. Lo staff è completamente assente, la stanza ci è stata aperta da altri turisti a cui era stato dato per sbaglio il nostro codice, non c'è stata data alcuna indicazione per la riconsegna delle chiavi. Alle nostre domande hanno dato risposte tardive e ci hanno scritto solo per chiederci un pagamento in contanti, trovando poi successivamente l'accordo con un bonifico.
