L’emplacement était idéal avec une vue magnifique, tout proche de l’embarcadère, bateau et pas loin de la gare
Seul bémol : le paiement de la taxe de séjour pour obtenir le code de la boîte à clés a été compliqué, surtout sans parler italien. Dommage que cette étape ne soit pas intégrée à Booking et que le code ne soit pas envoyé automatiquement. Mis à part cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

The location was wonderful; right in front of the lake and right by the ferry dock. Very close to restaurants. Nice kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
The listing mentioned that there is heating, but there was no mention of whether or not there is air conditioning (cooling) or fans. We specifically asked about this so that we could get clarification, and the response was that "the air conditioning is independent, and you can easily adjust the temperature using the thermostat in the apartment." The apartment is located in a very warm area, and we would not have rented it if there was no way of cooling the apartment. We discovered that there was no air conditioning or fans, and were told that the incorrect information was given "due to an oversight." We had also asked to have the shower/tub looked at because the water was not draining well, but there was no response to that request. Communication could definitely be improved.
