Stunning property. So clean and spacious. The facilities were amazing, and the 5 bathrooms perfect. So much space yet really cozy. The communication was clear and thoughtful. Definitely will be staying again.

The facilities and its size
Neighbours. We always get complaints from them for a high level of noise level although we were being in the pool in the backyard having fun outside of quiet hours.

There were significant problems with the access codes and, once the property host connected with us, she did her best to try and resolve but it persisted.
The amount of noise on adjoining building sites (started 9am Sunday morning for instance).
We had trouble with the spa temperature... then randomly it seemed to work.
We had trouble with the home cinema - eventually the host got it to work on the Sunday.
