The apartment is really separate from the main house which was great as you didn’t feel you were right next door to each other. very private balcony with a lovely little stream at the bottom of the property. Really spacious warm and clean. Uber into town was also cheap

Good quiet location and close to Zealandia reserve.
Good parking.
No major issues although the towels were quite worn out and the toilet leaked slightly when flushed.

Quiet location and fine if you have own vehicle, not that close to the city centre though, great for the mountain bike track I suspect. Kitchen was equipped and easy to use. Off road, berm parking.
Mattresses not comfortable, too soft.
