Good quiet location and close to Zealandia reserve.
Good parking.
No major issues although the towels were quite worn out and the toilet leaked slightly when flushed.

We were in the perfect location for our needs. We chose this place as it is pet friendly. We also enjoyed getting around the cafe's and stores in the village. The unit was easily accessible and we were very grateful for the heating options during a cold winter week. Having the kitchen equipped to make basic meals was wonderful, the beds were nicely made up for us and the washing machine in the bathroom was a fantastic bonus. We also appreciated the nice touches of products in the bathroom to make our stay a little easier. The note in the kitchen was helpful with basic housekeeping and contact information for our stay. We were warmly greeted on arrival and directed to keys and unit. Whenever we saw hosts they were very kind and enquired as to if we had everything we needed. Native bird life in this suburb was amazing, we would love to be able to return in spring or summer to see more.
We did note that we couldn't locate smoke alarms in the unit. Also just a wee note that due to condensation over time there was some spotted discoloration on the net curtains which may need attending to.

Quiet location and fine if you have own vehicle, not that close to the city centre though, great for the mountain bike track I suspect. Kitchen was equipped and easy to use. Off road, berm parking.
Mattresses not comfortable, too soft.
