My partner and I liked the condo and it's cleanliness. The owner was very accommodating to a request with swift replies and communication. A hose started leaking, however this was replaced very quickly. With minimal delay. The Marina complex was clean with very friendly guards. I'd stay there again. Very enjoyable stay. I would like to personally express my thanks to the owner for accommodating our initial request.
If the owner, owns another condo, For my next visit and stay I'd like the windows to face the courtyard and let in a bit more light. I would definitely book again.

The air conditioner was the kind that does not give you a cold.
Large refrigerator big flat screen TV the right kind of air condition doesn't give you a cold okay what didn't
Swimming pool and weight room were nice to be able to use
The couch is located right beside the TV and you were facing perpendicular to the TV. Wall beside kitchen table has a wine rack sticking out, which I scratched my shoulder on several times going by. TV should be moved to the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom where the wine rack is, and move the wine rack to where the TV is.
Delayed communication caused us problems once

The Host is FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
First of all I would like to say thank you very much to the HOST , one thing I was really disappointed.. the entire building experience Blackout twice in the middle of night around 1:45am -+ and the AC is not working at all, no standby Generator so the unit has no Aircondationing and it was a straggle .. you can hardly breath at all .. [Please Upgrade the Aircondationing System in the unit/property].
