Lovely little apartment, great location; 5 minutes walk to shops and places to eat, and the beach. Beach is small and rocky, but clean clear water and has shower and tap which was lovely! Apartment is small but has everything you need. Pool is wonderful to cool down (interesting gentlemen on the top floor who likes to police the pool opening times!) Lovely old chap on the ground floor who always wishes you Buongiorno, and Buonasera when you see him!
Super easy key collection and checkout with Ilaria, and host Vincenzo is really responsive and available through what's app with advice and to sort out issues.
Phenomenal sunset from the west coast, can highly recommend getting a takeaway out pizza and beer to sit on the beach for the sunset!
Carpark is tight but it is a locked and secure area which is welcome since our car was broken into earlier in the holiday! Not here this place is super safe and secure.
Cleaning could have been a little better but we had been allowed to check in slightly early, so we were happy to overlook this.
Upstairs neighbour was an interesting addition to the holiday, but the kids enjoyed teasing him by splashing into the pool 5 seconds before "opening time"! That said, he is just trying to maintain order and ensure the place is up kept well, which is to everyone's benefit.
Ooh, and WiFi would be a massive bonus, the kids rinsed thier phone data!
Nothing that spoils the holiday, just a wish list!

Położenie obiektu jest idealne, znajduje się on w cichej dzielnicy jednak bardzo blisko wszystkich atrakcji, sklepów i restauracji. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy (bliskość Alghero, Stintino a także Costa Rossa i Costa Paradiso). Wyposażenie apartamentu jest kompletne, nie brakuje niczego. Świetnie, że w sypialni znajduje się łóżko małżeńskie oraz piętrowe (bardzo wygodne). Do apartamentu przynależy również taras, z którego przechodzi się na prywatny ogródek, gdzie znajduje się duży stół oraz parasol, całość jest otoczona zielenią dzięki czemu ma się prywatność. Kontakt z właścicielem doskonały, szybko odpowiada na wszelkie pytania oraz próbuje pomóc. Ogromną zaletą tego obiektu jest również kameralny basen, który jest czysty i zadbany. Polecam z czystym sumieniem!
Brak Wi-Fi oraz bardzo słaby zasięg polskich sieci komórkowych, co nieco uniemożliwia kontakt ze światem. Niemili sąsiedzi z góry, którzy próbują narzucać swoje zasady, jednak Vincenzo bardzo szybko zareagował na zaistniałą sytuację i wszystko się uspokoiło.

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado, no le falta ni un detalle. Limpio, muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila lo cual se agradece para tus vacaciones, sobretodo en el mes de agosto.
Nosotros lo elegimos por la situación, ya que queriamos hacer distintas visitas por el norte de la Isla y su situación te permite visitar los lugares mas conocidos a una distancia de maximo una hora y media del apartamento.
La atención por parte del anfitrion Vicenzo un diez, dîas antes ya se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos las instrucciones para nuestra llegada, así como consejos de algunos lugares a visitar y restaurantes para comer. La entrega de llaves nos la hizo Ilaria, también fue un diez, en todo momento fue muy amable y estubo atenta que todo estubiera correcto. En resumen si buscais un apartamento cerca de Castelsardo pero en un entorno tranquilo no lo dudeis!
El aparcamiento que pertenece al apartamento es muy pequeño y estrecho, así que si llevais un coche familiar lo tendreis que dejar fuera, que tampoco es un problema porque es una zona muy tranquila y segura hi ha aparcamiento siempre.
