We were told at 12pm midnight the night before we were due to check in that we could not have the apartment due to a water leak - we have had this issue before when renting apartments in Cassia. There is no water leak. We chose Cassia specially for location and view and instead were offered two other options both with no view and much further away from the area we wanted to be at. In the end we were left in Phuket for 2 hours after getting off the plane dealing with the agent while they told us these are your two options or we will cancel your booking. In the end we had to go with one of the options but because it was so far away from the location we had originally booked we had to hire a car which cost us 200gbp.
