I like how everything is so well-connected. The laundry room and common room are the best. The structure of the room is great - I don’t feel like trapping inside the space.
The wall is kind of thin so I heard everything and the hot water took a while to work.

Quiet room, sturdy bed, central location, surrounded by trees. Fairly good no-frills student comfort.
The additional steps to prove I was a student were buggy and took days, and I kept receiving stressful automated emails threatening to cancel. The very morning of check-in I was able to solve it with a human over the phone.
Smelly, poorly ventilated staircases.

I was able to walk to the city center and the neighborhood felt safe
The staff were especially friendly and helpful
The property is older, but it is well maintained, and the bedding was fresh and clean.
I had a problem with the heater and the office sent someone over right away to take care of it
