The staff were very keen to please. The decor was pleasing. We used the restaurant all the time and the meals are very good.
The surrounding area is not good for walking around, but that is the case for all areas.

Hotel was clean with a nice garden area
None of the staff spoke English which in itself is not a problem but they acted as though they did. which could lead to confusion when trying to book something or make a request. Luckily the Tuk Tuk drivers which stayed outside the hotel all spoke adequate English.

I tried the laundry service which was good. Dinner was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and polite.
Wi-Fi was down for a couple of hours, twice. The noise from traffic and nearby building works was very intrusive. I hadn’t seen they didn’t serve alcohol when booking.
