Had a lovely stay at Mamagoa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Beach is right there and the whole place has a peaceful vibe.

Location - location & location
24 hours reception is mentioned online but they only operate it for 12 hours, there is no one post 9 pm. Who likes having food at 9 pm when you are in Goa, but their kitchen shuts down at 9 so can't help it. We weren't informed that they won't have house keeping staff post 5 pm, no one to clean the room or the property in the morning. Staff doesn't care to clean it up at all even if the litter is all around the place, they wait for the house keeping staff to come by 9 and before that every first wander in that filth.
