It's close enough to Mandello that we were able to go by foot instead of driving in full motorcycle gear. Then we have private free parking that was great for our motorcycles right next to main street. The place was big enough for us to have all the motorcycle trunks stored and used. We were able to cook our own meals and two bathrooms was a big plus for bigger group of people. Terrace was nice as well, we spend there most of our time outside of riding. AC saved our lives during the heat. And it's fairly close to all staple places we wanted to see (moto guzzi museum but all the iconic passes are also close by). The view of the lake was beautiful no matter the time of the day.
Only two things come to my mind. First are the spiders and other bugs from outside that came through open windows when we came. Maybe removing them from time to time would be great. The other thing is washing machine. Yes, it is there but definitely needs either repair of replacement as it has issues with water temperature and spin cycle (our clothes were still dripping wet). Other than that we will be back next year anyway ;)

A very comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned apartment located near the lake shore. Parking is available on ground level, directly accessible from the road, and importantly, it's located underneath the building, so it's shaded. A good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area.
There is some noise from the road and a really hard mattress in the master bedroom.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location close to the waterfront and within easy walking distance of the train station, which can be reached in 5–10 minutes through charming little Italian streets. There is also a very cozy and pleasant waiting area for guests. 😊
Although we rented a car for our holiday, there were several days when it stayed parked because it was so easy to travel between the towns by train or boat.
The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. One thing to note is that the bedding consisted of a sheet/blanket arrangement, so if you're not used to sharing a cover, it's worth keeping that in mind.
The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, and the apartment offered spacious, comfortable living areas.
One of the bedrooms had an extremely firm mattress, while the mattress in the other room was medium-firm and somewhat softer.
A downside was the traffic noise from the street, which could be heard very clearly and continued late into the night. My partner and I both needed earplugs to sleep, even though I am usually not sensitive to noise while sleeping.
