Nice, modern house, exceptionally clean and comfortable! We had air conditioning in every room and roller shutters to keep the house nice and cool in the heat of summer. The beds were very comfortable: one double bed in one bedroom (and it really is a double) and 2 decent sized single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Parking is easy: we could always find a parking spot on the street. Our host, Despina, was very nice and helpful, always ready to help us if we needed anything.

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Ήμασταν δύο ημέρες στον Βόλο, η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ όμορφη. Το διαμέρισμα μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ, φαίνεται ότι όλα έχουν φτιαχτεί με αγάπη. Νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα μέσα στο σπίτι. Θα ερχόμασταν ξανά οποιαδήποτε στιγμή.

Exceptional place, it has everything you want and even more. One of the rare occasions when the reality is way better than the pictures :) Very spacious and clean, fully equipped, has all the facilities for a very nice stay. The terrace is a nice bonus, the location is very close to the city center, quiet area. Kudos to the very nice hosts also. Recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Volos.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike.
