Super Cute place and very charming. All facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Fabrizio was super nice and helped with luggage up the three flights of stairs. Conveniently located to wall and attractions. Lovely view from a beautiful spacious terrace.

Everything. It is a very stylish and quirky apartment which had everything we needed. But it is the outside space that really makes this property so special. The terrace is very large with amazing views and is thoughtfully furnished. During our stay, we experienced a big thunderstorm and heavy rain, but being able to sit in the glass-enclosed section of the terrace was a fantastic way to pass the time until the rain eased. It was also a lovely place to sit and have dinner outside. It really made a huge difference to our experience. Our host, Fabrizio, provided us with all the information we needed to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out, as well as sending us lots of useful information on Lucca itself. We had a lovely stay there and are definitely aiming to return in the future.

Property was perfect, great facilities inside with very good air conditioning which was very much needed as it was 34 degrees outside! Real highlight of the property is the large outside terrace with a big sun bed, individual sun loungers and a lovely covered area. A great escape from the direct sun. Fabrizio was a fantastic host and helped us out when our train was delayed and sorted taxis when we needed them. The location was perfect, inside Lucca walls and close to great bars and restaurants. If we revisited Lucca, would definitely stay here again
Nothing, there are quite a few stairs to the apartment but that’s what you get for a roof sun terrace

The apartment is in a great location in the centre- beautifully furnished and great kitchen for proper cooking. Excellent air conditioning, beautiful bedding- spotless throughout.
