The location in the middle of Centro was great. You are 10-15 min walk to everything. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Having a powerful A/C was huge when temperatures were 90 degrees.
The apt is on the 2nd floor of a building that has other public spaces—I think there is a holistic doctor next door. So there is a lot of traffic and noise in the weekday business hours. Additionally, inside the apt: there are not enough power sockets near the bed, the kitchen is not equipped for cooking, and the bathroom sink has very little water pressure. The host is not very responsive, especially on the morning of checking out.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment! Beautifully decorated and comfortably outfitted other than the kitchenette which could have used more standard items. The only complaint was that the bedside power outlets were loose and therefore not effective for charging phones. Still, it was a lovely apartment!

It was close to the Zocalo and the center of the Oaxaca. It was easy to get in and out. WiFi was excellent and I like the small desk. Poor water pressure and very little hot water.
The air conditioning unit is broken and makes a lot of noise when it is turned on. No one offered to clean the unit and there was a lot of tiny ants in the room. We will not stay here again.
