close to the centre, comfy bed, views from the room, great Peruvian breakfasts, value for money.

Guillermo was a great host. He cooked us three different regional breakfasts. All of them were very tasty. The property is very secure and the views from the upper balcony outside our room were amazing. You could see the whole town. Great internet reception. Great value for money accomodation.

A Great Choice in Chapapoyas.

The hosts are fabulous. They set us up with transportation and they were always helpful. The breakfasts are simple but authentic local fare. The location is excellent for walking to any of the city sites. Having a kitchen available was ket to our stay. The other guests were also fun to meet and talk to.

If you're a light sleeper the rooster might wake you up early. The shower was warm but not especially strong. But for what we paid it was a very good value.

Very comfortable and helpful

Excellent and very helpful host who let us in early and gave us breakfast. Use of kitchen for dinner was great and the breakfast always prompt and tasty Very welcoming even though we don’t speak Spanish

Good Value

The location was good, the house is large and beautiful yet rustic, the hosts were fantastic. It is a great value for the price. Breakfast was always great!

I don't think you can escape the chickens and roosters and hens waking up at 4am anywhere in Chachapoyas. You can hear them well from the neighbors around. Also, there were sections of the bathroom and room that needed dusting and cleaning.
