Fantastic property for a large group. We travelled as 3 families with children aged between 2 and 10 years old. Plenty of space for us all and the layout of bedrooms/bathrooms worked well. Location is great for Disney! The train station is also fairly close for trips into Paris.
The Property itself is very spacious and has loads of seating inside and out. Nice big secure garden and plenty of parking (we had 3 SUV’s and all parked fine). The kids loved the swimming pool! There’s a decent bar in a pretty little square about 50 metres away and a Spar across the road. There is also a little playground a couple of minutes walk from the house.
The host was easy to contact and communication was great.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property to groups with children wanting to explore the local area and visit Disney!
The only thing not obvious from the booking is the games room is an extra €35 a night. We didn’t use this and didn’t feel we missed out on anything!There were also no laundry facilities but that wasn’t an issue as we packed travel wash.

Tutto, una struttura particolarmente bella e comoda. Ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, tante camere e letti, tavoli e bagni. Un esterno bellissimo che purtroppo il tempo non ci ha fatto godere in pieno. Anche il quartiere bellissimo. In più il proprietario ci ha fatto una cortesia immensa a portare il passaporto che avevamo dimenticato in aeroporto.

The apartment was very nice clean and loads of space. Close to shop and bus.
On the booking.com pictures od apartment it shown a games room which was one of the reasons we chose as we had children with us but there was no access to this room.
