The location to all amenities was great and the view was excellent.

Location was great for getting to the beach or town.
Living area was great for views, and relaxing in.
Slight issue with parking as the streets surrounding the apartment were full. If you park on the lower half of the road, be prepared for a parking ticket as it is poorly signed resident parking permits. Come the evening, it all died down, so I was able to park next to the building.

Excellent location close to the beach and lovely views
Mark the property manager was responsive and friendly
The property needs some TLC.
The pictures don’t reflect how it actually looks; too much clutter around with things on every surface, trinkets collecting dust, scuffs on walls, windows due a clean. Theres a high chair in the spare room which was in the way. The bar stools at the kitchen counter are blocked in by the sofa with a hoover and cleaning materials stored by them.
The main bed in the main bedroom looks likes it’s about to collapse and was uncomfortable it seems old and sunken in the middle. There isn’t much space to put your clothes.
The electric shower wasn’t very good - and there’s an area of the floor in the bathroom that’s cracked and sharp and dangerous.
Very overpriced for what it was even outside of great north run. Didn’t feel like it was good value for money. Our expectations were higher for both what we paid and the images.
