Cosy living area and comfy beds. Modern furniture, with bright light from Velux type windows.
Big dining table and new kitchen equipment.
Nice open plan area and board games are in the cupboard.
I tried to contact the property by phone and messaging on Booking.com, No response. The bathroom towel rail was freezing cold and wasn’t adjustable. However wet towels could be spread on indoor folding washing line and dried in the sun upstairs.
The barn is in the middle of the countryside and I wouldn’t like to walk anywhere. It is also surrounded by about 5 small properties and all their cars. Whilst there is parking for 2 medium size cars, don’t bring a long car.

Spacious open plan house with cosy features such as log burner. Exceptionally clean with all home comforts. Great location to explore this part of Cornwall.
Poor communication with requests such as bed configuration. Might be better to have a direct email address rather than posting requests through Booking.com

Fabulous property, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, lovely and warm with central heating and a fabulous log burner. Cream tea and milk on arrival was very welcome and much appreciated. Brilliant location for many of the western Cornwall sights all within easy drive. Being neat to Helston for shopping etc is also useful.really enjoyable stay.
Nothing to not like, fabulous property. A small suggestion made by others also would be a coat rack in the Hall on arrival, but only a suggestion not a criticism in any way.
