Lovely Japanese experience

The definition of a traditional Japanese house. If you want to experience a Japanese stay then this is your place. Very well connected with the subway, it takes you straight to Namba. The host was very quick to answer and very helpful.

建物と設備がイマイチ

宿泊費は安い部類に入るかもしれません。ベッドはセミダブルが2台用意されていたのでストレス無く睡眠出来ました。体臭の残り香が気になりましたが。

部分的に建物及び施設の老朽化が目立ちます。更に基本的に海外の旅行客の方を対象にしているのか、通常の宿泊施設に常備されているものが不足しているのが気になりました。以下気になった点です 1.浴室を使用しましたが排水口が詰まっていてシャワーを使用するとすぐに水が溢れます。排水口の蓋を外してみると案の定毛髪とヘドロ状になった垢がべっとり詰まっており、取り除こうと思いましたが余りの不潔さに諦め近隣の大衆浴場に行きました。また風呂用の椅子もマットもなく冷たいタイルに腰を下ろして体を洗うことになりました。 2.二階のトイレのドアが閉まらず5cm程開いたままです。 3.洗濯機が用意されていたので洗濯しようと思いましたが物干し竿が無く、諦めました。パイプハンガーとピンチハンガーくらいは用量して欲しかったです。 4.洗面所の床が朽ちていて今にも抜けそうでした。 5.民泊は部屋での食事がメインとなるので最低限茶碗と汁椀位の用意はして欲しかったです。 6.室内を何匹もの小さい赤蟻が這いずり回っていました。さすがにこれは気持ち悪かったです。各部屋にアリの巣コロリが置いてありましたが、根本的な対策をしないと蟻はいなくならないでしょう
