Location excellent. Nice walk into leith and Edinburgh. Lovely view and really clean Victorian apartment. We were in the duplex and had no complaints. The communication was easy and very helpful. There were also recommendations of local eateries on the board which we went to and weren’t disappointed. A really nice touch with the wine and tunnocks teacakes. Thank you. If I really needed to add anything, we arrived and were desperate for a cuppa but had no milk. We didn’t know the area and had to go out and look for a local shop. Just a little thing but I’d have swapped the milk for the tunnocks after the 4 hours of travel that day 😂
Nothing springs to mind. We were there two days for a concert and it met all our needs.

The property has 2 apartments, we stayed on the duplex. I wasn't expecting how big it was. I really liked that. The kitchen is enormous and equipped with everything you can imagine. Also, we were expecting no parking spaces, but literally just in front of the apartment, there was always a spot. Finally, the living room decorations are interesting, in a good way.
The bathrooms were not as big as I thought they would be, even still, they were fully functional. Shoes are not allowed inside, we were a group of 5, so every time we arrived or headed out, it was a little chaotic.

Clean, well presented in a quirky way and well equiped. In a nice, safe location with easy transport links, or a longish but doable walk into town. Plenty of space and everything you could need in the kitchen. Very clear information and communication.
There is no sound proofing with the other apartments in the building due to nature of building, so sound of people moving especially on stairs carries.

Location for us was good. Bedrooms and lounge were fairly quiet and comfortable. Communication and welcome was good.
Bathroom layout was terrible and the bathrooms are very tired.
