You may hear birds, motorized water vehicles, other people, route 2 bridge that is 1200 feet away, There is a railroad system that through the North Coast of Ohio. It runs through The City of Huron (no matter where you stay in Huron/North Coast you may hear the trains)- our cottage is further from the tracks than most Huron rentals, but you may hear trains (1.125 miles away)- my guests say they didn't even notice any train sounds.
