About this house rental
Modern, spacious, beautifully appointed and well equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. An ideal centrally located spot to relax and unwind with friends and family and visit all the attractions. Walking distance to the main street of town, the Busselton Jetty, cafes, shops and the pristine Geographe Bay beach. Free WIFI, smart TV and ducted air-conditioning/heating throughout as well as a fully fenced backyard for your children to play while you relax under the outdoor patio area.

All linen and towels provided (BYO beach towels)
A guest starter kit of basic items is provided (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, kitchen washing up items, tea towels but these are not replenished during your stay.
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.

Perfectly situated in a quiet street within an easy stroll to the waterfront. The house was one of the best equipped we ever stayed in. We travel a fair bit and I have made it a habit to pack a “go bag” with essentials often missing like a decent sharp knife, bbq cleaner etc. we never had to touch it! Davina was amazing in her response times and communication.

The house was lovely, very clean and tidy. The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the beach and 15 mins walk to the centre.

The stay is located conveniently near to town central and Aldi , Kmart and Red Dot . The garage cannot be used and the car is parked at the driveway. Heating was good . Wifi good . Cleanliness good . Kitchen has all amenities for cooking . Washing machine and dryer fantastic . Living room is very comfortable with huge comfortable sofa and big tv with Netflix . Master bedroom is next to the road which quietens down after 9 pm . Beds are comfortable . Overall a good stay .
