"Super comfortable layout with everyone having their own space. Kids table, swing, pack and play, high chair, books, and toys were sooo nice! The hot tub stays nice and hot, and it's right by the playground and less busy pool! We will be back!"

The overall property was clean and manicured. The pools were very clean and we enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pools. The house was very clean and offered the basics for cooking with dishes and cookware. The three levels was great for our families giving us all space. Each room had access to it own bathroom. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. We really liked the large dining table and the comfortable outdoor seating with a fantastic view of the area. We will definitely come back.

We rented the house for our annual vacation through VRBO only to find that the property is owned by Rent Branson. It included tickets to local attractions but we weren’t planning to go to any. They seemed to push the ticket sales. We got several texts & emails about them. Nice layout. Things that need attention:- entry mat inside the house for wet or dirty shoes- electrical outlet covers (we had an infant)- dressers or luggage racks in any room- shower curtain was dirty- more than 2 towels/washcloths per person per room and 2 towels/ wash cloths for the kitchen- disrepair of kitchen cooking pans (non stick was cooking off & all scratched up). Don’t think that is even safe to cook in!- no rug in the living room- cleanliness & disrepair of the patio furniture upstairs- cleanliness of hot tub and the area around itWe had significant rain and the roof leaked. We called and they sent someone right away but without notice. The first time I was in my nightgown. The second time, we had a sleeping baby. Nothing they could do about it while we were there. I had to message about noisy neighbors at midnight one night. They sent someone to tell them to keep it down. The next night (our last), they were doing it again. I sent another message & no response from Rent Branson at all! I’d get more specific but limited to 1500 words for review. Disappointed as we rented a different house there last year and it was very nice. To sum up what this experience was….bare minimum!
