Located 12 minutes of Hobby Airport and short drive to Baybrook Mall, Downtown Houston, and Space Center Houston, this home is located in a quiet safe neighborhood for families to enjoy. Just an easy commute by car or public transportation to the hustle and bustle of Downtown Houston. Guests will enjoy the lush grass, warm weather and tranquility that urban Houston has to offer. We look forward to hosting you! Book with us today! A fully refundable $250 Damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.
Pets allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee of $150 per stay.
Must be 21 or older to book.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 9am
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
No parties or get togethers. Max # of people at anytime is 6

Pets allowed with prior host approval and $150 pet fee.
The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do. 2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence. 3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property. 4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items 5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security

Overall it was neat, clean, no issues really, we had a little issue with the door code but the host responded extremely fast and helped and maintain contact and was available at all times! House was too clean and a/c was boomin’. I’ll be back again

This property was great. The management company Vrbo is always very professional & courteous. I contacted them on & off during our stay & they were very quick to respond & went out off their way to accommodate us. The house was great, beds were super comfy. Loved the layout & enjoyed the yard. I would have no problem staying here again on my next trip. Thanks hone owner & especially thank you Anthony for making our exerience with Vrbo great as always.
