BACKYARD The living area is open to the dining end of the eat-in kitchen, with a homey table for 6 that’s situated in front of a wide set of sliding glass doors. Step out onto the deck appointed with comfortable, attractive outdoor furniture clustered around a fire pit. A short set of stairs will take you down into the fully fenced, neatly graveled yard where kids can let off steam safely in fresh air. KITCHEN Back inside, you’ll find the dining area completely open to the working center of the kitchen, providing everything you need for the loving preparation of group meals. Enjoy a refrigerator/freezer, range with cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and thoughtful extras like a complete set of chef’s knives. You’ll find a generous work surface on granite countertops, and plenty of cabinets. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked discreetly behind a set of double-doors in the kitchen. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
