- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- Please be advised that the Cape View outdoor pool will be closed to guests from Monday, 28 April 2026, until late September 2026.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. We recently enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with my children and grandchildren, where the accommodation comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. The location was ideal, allowing for enjoyable days spent at the beach and fun time in the pool. The barbecues were well-maintained and clean. The surrounding people were friendly. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean, with the added convenience of two lovely bathrooms well-stocked kitchen. Given its excellent location, we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Villa was clean and everything we needed. Close to town and right on the beach with a lovely pool close by. However we would never have booked this villa if we had been aware that the entire villa was upstairs as my partner has a broken leg so stairs were a big inconvenience. Once we got him up the stairs it was just too difficult to enjoy the local area as we’d have to get him up and down the stairs multiple times. From reading the information on the villa online we were under the impression one bedroom and maybe a balcony were upstairs, not the entire apartment with a bedroom up another set of stairs. There was not a phone number to call to check before we booked. Other than that the villa was lovely.

we had been in a campervan for 10 nights prior to the stay, so was a nice change to get some space for everyone.place was clean and spacious, well appointed and just what we needed for a couple of nights,
