CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this condo especially the fantastic views! Impressed by the cleanliness and fully stocked kitchen, and the decor gave it the "beachy feel" considering it was early December. Perfect fit for 2 adult couples running away from home. Will rent again!

Nice condo with fantastic views of the beach. It was well-equipped for our weeklong stay. One of the two elevators was out of order and the working one was dirty and had burned out bulbs and missing ceiling covers, but otherwise the property was lovely.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and it did not disappoint. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness because it wasn't quite perfect, but nothing to complain about. We have our own VRBO and my wife keeps it absolutely spotless, so it's hard to compare it to perfection. Overall this place is fantastic. It's right on the beach, the location is perfect, and they provide just about every amenity you could ask for. I'm sure we'll be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the beautiful views, easy access to the beach, nice pool and clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated unit, we were impressed. Definitely planning a future stay! Beautiful views, large windows, open concept living areas, pool was down for part of the stay but they did fix it, hot tub was warm, easy drive to restaurants or groceries, beach was pretty but by the north fishing area its a little debris filled. Thank you for a nice little stay, we enjoyed your place!!

I live here but had an issue with a water heater so needed a place for the weekend. I am very used to the beach. But walking in I literally stopped in my tracks because the view was stunning. Mark, the owner was lightning fast with communication and super friendly! This will definitely be my go to recommendation for friends and family visiting. Thank you so much for such a relaxing stay. I could actually exhale and it was amazing.
