We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors! NO Smoking of any kind NO Parties NO Confetti or taping anything to the walls NO flushing anything down the toilet besides toilet paper Once you've booked with us, we ask that you keep all communication within this platform. We were in town for just one night and didn't want to get 2 hotel rooms. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for just about anything in Nashville.

We really enjoyed it! In a great location. Communication with manager was speedy. We did get a knock on the door in the middle of the night. Nothing can be done about this but it was a bit scary. There isn’t quite enough space to sit. Great space for everyone to sleep but not enough seating to visit.
