We had a great stay at SMDC Air Residence Makati. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location with easy access to everything around Makati. The overall experience felt smooth and well managed from check in to check out.
The host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond when we had one small issue during our stay. It was resolved very quickly, and we really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism.
The only thing that could be improved was the mattress, which was a bit too firm for our preference. Aside from that, everything was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff is difficult to work with and they want you to contact the host. The Expedia app doesn’t allow contacting the host. Communications is just terrible and everyone just says to ask someone else. I actually extended my stay another two weeks and it’s currently almost check in time again and no housekeeping has come. I really like the building and condos, but everything else is just terrible. I really hope this reaches the host, so they will know the staff is probably running away revenue. I stayed here before back in February and everything went great with the staff.
